Membership Registration Information
The 2025-2026 Curling Season at East York Curling Club runs from September to March. Membership fees are paid individually for the entire season before play begins in September. Any members joining part way through the season may have their fees pro-rated.

Returning Member Registration
Returning Members have priority registration to retain their spot from the previous season. After this deadline, New Member applications can be submitted and applications will be accepted by the league, space permitting. Returning Member Registration will run from June 16th, 2025 to August 1st, 2025. Returning Members will be given the option to pay their fees in two 50% installments (first installment due by August 1st and the second by September 5th). New Member Registration
New Members will apply for a specific league (or leagues) as either a team, pair, or individual, depending on the type of league. Each league will be either Youth, Men, Women, Mixed (different genders alternating team positions), Open (any combination of genders), or Disc Draw (teams set before each game) format. You will then play in your league on your specific day and time each week. New Member Applications open on August 4th, 2025. When open, the link to complete a Membership Application Form will open on this page. No applications before this date will be accepted. If your application is successful, you will be emailed instructions on signing up for an account and completing registration.
Starting on August 4th, 2025 at 10 am, the below application forms will be open to submit a membership request for the 2025-2026 curling season. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis by the leagues. Applications acceptances will be sent out no earlier than August 18th, 2025.
